It doesn't matter how many times I have put in my wifi connection - it chooses not to remember and prods me everytime, likewise when I try to login to Microsoft office 365 I'm always prompted for my email account and password.
My macbook was purchased on ebay by my partner. ![]() |

I have had password problems occasionally and have solved them and other issues using ONYX. In your case this would be version 2.4.8 for OS X 10.7 Lion and
you can find it at this link: https://www.titanium-software.fr/en/onyx.html Onyx doesn't cost anything to download and use but I have licensed it myself because I find it useful. The versions vary from OS version to OS version but fixing the Permissions & Scripts will fix a lot and Cleaning up System & User settings will fix a lot as well. Also I believe that in OS 10.7 there was a utility for fixing the Keychain in the Utilites folder: http://osxdaily.com/2012/03/15/mac-apps-no...eychain-access/ This might be of some use! Keychain problems are a seen a lot! I don't have the version of OS you're using on any machine I currently have access to so I can't be more specific about the details! Let us know how things are going with your problem! -------------------- If there really is no beer in heaven then maybe at least the computers will work all of the time! |

I installed Onyx and followed your instructions, Microsoft 365 now opens without the necessity of having to type in another password. I am still being asked to type in my wifi password name. I got into keychain access but there is no keychain repair. |

I'm sure you noticed the settings in this tab in Network Settings where you "Remember" Networks and the check box that requires authorization to get onto and off of a WIFI connection.
