Read all the way through that thinking it was a new post. wallbash.gif Really got confused in the first few paragraphs when they said "The newly re-named macOS Sierra"! My first thought was they had decided that the "High" part of the soon-to-be-available new OS was too literally supporting illegal drug use! laughhard.gif That's when I noticed that the post about "renaming" was, like the APFS post, dated a year ago... 2016. My wife claims I am always getting 'left behind' because I get bogged down in the tiny details... rolleyes.gif Thinking.gif yes.gif dntknw.gif

Anyone remember the file editor we had back on the Apple ][? I think it displayed a sector in eight columns of four bit 'words' in hexadecimal (0 thru f)...
